Silver Creek Family Dental accepts the following forms of payment:

• Cash/Check
• Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
• Payment Plans through Care Credit for qualifying treatment plans: various plans available including 6 months with no interest

We are in network and/or accept many major insurances (PPO’s).  Call our office or check the website of your insurance company to see if we are in your network.  Out of network insurance patients welcome also.
